All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post and courier services.
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS and courier services.
US customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and are charged by your local customs authority.
At this time we do not ship outside of Canada and the United States. International shipping will be available in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.
HeadTop Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
